Rocky's Roastery is a coffee company based out of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania suburban area. We primarily sell pre-bagged coffee as well as drinkware, apparel, accessories, and more.

We aspire to someday run a brick and mortar café, but for now, we are almost exclusively web based. We do occasionally run pop-up shops at conventions, festivals, fairs, markets, and other events. Furrydelphia Incorporated (non-profit) and Rocky's Roastery Corporation (for-profit) are two completely separate legal entities that are owned and operated by the same individuals. While our leadership is the same and we do share some branding, there are a few VERY important key distinctions to note:

• There is ZERO financial overlap. The two companies have separate bank accounts at completely different banks. They use two different payment processing companies to ensure there is no accidental overlap. Roastery was founded with the owners' personal savings, and not with a single dollar of Furrydelphia money. And Roastery is required to pay Furrydelphia full price for any Dealers Den booth space and vendor registrations it uses each year.
• There is ZERO* asset overlap. Roastery does not utilize any Furrydelphia equipment, including cash management equipment, storage solutions, and so on. *The only exception is Roastery's permitted use of the Rocky mascot costume (fursuit) which it may use for promotional purposes as part of its use agreement with Furrydelphia. See the next bullet for more information.
• The ONLY overlap between the two companies is the use of the character Rocky, the Rocky mascot costume (fursuit), and the name Rocky's Roastery. Furrydelphia is currently in the process of trademarking these names and assets, and once the trademarks are established, Roastery will lease the use of those names and assets in an annual lease agreement for a fair value.
